Talk:Death of a Modern Day Knight Templar
From The Red Pill
Should this article go under a different title? It seems a little too ambiguous. Greg 06:37, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

Hal - I had to protect this page because of relentless spambot additions. I'm pretty sure it is set so that you can still edit it, but let me know if you have any problems. Greg 10:36, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
>>> claimed that Mr Sinclair, originally of Arran was a modern day descendant of one of the original Knights Templar who captured the city of Jerusalem during the first Crusade How come ? The 1st crusade starts in 1095, Jerusalem falls on 1099, july, 15th. The Temple Order is officially created in 1128 only. We do not know a lot about the early years of the Temple, they started to operate a small group around 1118 in Holy Land, led by Hughes de Payns, the future first Master of the Order. It is admitted that Hughes de Payns did two trips, or pilgrimages, in Jerusalem, before creating the Templars, around 1104 and 1114, but it is not proved (if I am right) that any of the first templar knight has been part of the first crusade.
