Bega and the Sacred Ring is a book by esoteric explorer and researcher Alex Langstone (The Lantern Press, 1992). It is a key text on the subject of psychic questing.

Cover write up as follows: On midsummer's day 1989 the author began to unravel one of the strangest and most obscure ancient mysteries. That of an ancient Irish princess, who in legend came to the shores of Cumbria seeking sanctuary. The legend of St Bega is re-told and expanded to include miraculous discoveries made by the author and his colleagues. This is a true account of a story that was to change the authors life forever!

Currently out of print, but a re-print is planned for sometime next year (2007) by the author to coincide with the release of a new book about Psychic Questing. See Spirit of Albion for more information on the projects that author Alex Langstone is currently working on.
